New Calibre de Cartier Diver

Along with most folks, I have never seen Cartier watches as sport watches, but this new diver's watch is going to make us all change our minds.

Essentially, as you can see from the last image above, it is a diving version of the Calibre de Cartier; but it meets all of the ISO specifications to be called a Divers' watch yet is 1.2mm thicker than the 'dress' version; available either in steel or gold, prices start at €5,500 on a rubber strap or €6,000 on a metal bracelet.

Despite being rated to 1,000 feet (and tested to 1,250 feet) it is currently the thinnest divers' watch on the market.

The bezel is ADLC coated and has 120 clicks, rotates in one direction only and runs on ceramic ball bearings for a smoother action, it is 42mm in diameter.
