Limited Edition of 919 Pieces
To celebrate Porsche's return to Le Mans, Chopard has created a special Porsche 919 limited edition based chronograph.
Its dial echoes various details of the Porsche 919 Hybrid, which will compete in the LMP1 Endurance World Championship.
Technical Specifications:
The case, in stainless steel, measures 45mm x 15.1mm. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back, and it is water resistant to 100 meters. The back sapphire has the inscription "Porsche Motorsport Official Timing Partner" engraved on it.
Movement is the Swiss automatic Chopard in-house caliber 03.5-M with 45 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 60 hours. The balance wheel has four spokes, with micro-regulator and screws, and the bridges have a see-through engine finish, with circular-grained mainplate decoration. The rotor is done in a heavy metal alloy.
The strap is black rubber done in a slick tire profile motif with a steel folding clasp.
It will be available only at the Chopard boutiques in the Fall.
